The Pin Taber
Where laughter and fun are always here to welcome you. The Pin is a multi use recreation and events centre located in Taber, Alberta. Owned and Operated by Joel Mills and partners. We offer 4 lanes of 5 pin bowling fun, 2 golf simulators where the conditions are always great, a live music showroom, lounge, and Bam Bam's Fitness Club located just around the back. There's also a rental venue for all of your fun and memorable events. Whether team building, birthday parties, corporte events, bowling, golf, aniversaries and much more! We're always happy to serve you with a smile and give you the funnest, best experience you can have!
Dynamite Boxing Gym
The only gym in Calgary offering boxing training classes, hockey camps,
group fitness, and team training! Our club is focused on athlete development,
promoting an environment where 100% effort is paired with respect and dedication to build confidence, foster teamwork,and help athletes become champions! Joel and the dynamite boxing club have worked closely as training partners & co promoters on multiple Boxing events at the Deerfoot Casino & beyond. Alongside the Dynamite boxing club, we share the passion and drive to grow the great sport of boxing locally in Alberta and abroad worldwide!
TeoFista Boxing
STABLE OF CHAMPIONS - Home of current youth WBO champion, Steve the Dragon Claggett. Professional, Amateur and recreational boxing for EVERYONE! Teofista is a true pro training gym. Joel and Owner and Operator of Teofista Eric De Guzman have worked closely with Eric working Joel's corner in 3 of his profesional bouts- as well as co promoting shows at the Deerfoot casino in Calgary and Taber- Another close partner of Joel's in the boxing world!
The Star on 54th
The STAR on 54th is the brand new performing arts and community centre coming to our little town. Joel is the executive director of the STAR society (Society for Taber Arts and Recreation). After almost 2 years of construction and planning - the STAR fitness centre is open! This will be a full commercial 24 hour gym, along with gymnasium & our boxing club. Once the facility is fully open we will be offering board rooms and meeting space for non profits - school divisions etc. STAR will also have a 2nd run movie theather in the upcoming months. We're proud to offer this to our community and make a hub for performing arts in taber and abroad!
